Poxara is a modern apprenticeship network. You do not enroll in a course and watch lessons alone. You join a cohort. You sit with a working practitioner who has done the work. You ship a real thing alongside two or three other builders.

The mentor is not a career educator. They are someone whose own work you can look up. They run office hours every week, leave notes on what you are making, and welcome you into the room they have built. Some of them host weekend workshops in their own city. Some offer private time on their calendar when you want a one-to-one session.

The cohort is not a class. It is a small group of builders working in parallel, named, with a shared schedule. The peer circle inside it, the two or three people you ship alongside, is where most of the real learning happens.

What you ship is not a certificate. It is a real, public thing with your name on it. It lives at a permanent URL. It is the proof of your practice and the start of the next one.

The Build ends. The practice does not. People return year after year, sometimes to the same mentor, sometimes to something new, because the practice itself is what they are here for.
